Hampton Bays Fire Department Headquaters is located at 69 West Montauk Highway in Hampton Bays. Hampton Bays Fire Department Headquaters is just one of the two fire stations located in town. Headquaters was built in 1930 and has remained in the same location since the time it was built. Headquaters is home to a multitude of different apparatus such as 1 Brush Truck, 1 Engine, 1 Utility Truck, 1 Fire Police Truck, and 1 Heavy Rescue Engine.

Hampton Bays Fire Department Station 1 is located at 106 Ponquogue Ave in Hampton Bays. Station 1 was built in October of 2008 under the direction of former Commissioner Gerard Buckley. Station 1 is home to a variety of different apparatus such as 1 Brush Truck, 1 Heavy Rescue Engine, 1 Ladder Truck, 1 Fire Police Vehicle, 1 Tanker, 1 Dive Team Rescue Truck, and 1 High Water Rescue Truck.
